How do I acquire Sublet.cn points?
Become a Sublet.cn member. As soon as you register as a Sublet.cn member, 100 points will be automatically awarded to your account. Any daily rent, short term rent and long term rent of apartment bookings you make with Sublet.cn will also gain you points once you have registered as a Sublet.cn member. Make reservations online.

Notes: Only Sublet.cn partner apartments will apply to Sublet.cn points.
And the actual amount will be added to your account, after Sublet.cn confirm with landlord and you. So please keep your receipt or contract well.
All expense/bill will not added as Sublet.cn points, such as water, electricity, gas, telephone, Internet, cable TV, clean service, etc.
Could I earn Sublet.cn points from other way?
Yes,
By post apartment rental infomation or needs of seeking a apartment: you may earn 8 points each (No duplicate or same contents message. if you duplicate post message with same contents, ALL of your points will be ERASED!)
Reply to Ad and rating the apartment: you may earn 1 point each (Only useful reply, no junk message)
What is the expiry period of Sublet.cn points?
The expiry period will be announced soon, but at least 2 years.
When would my Sublet.cn points be added?
After check in and check out, Sublet.cn will need to confirm your stay with the landlord. If everything is confirmed, then Sublet.cn points will be added to your Sublet.cn account. Generally, it takes less than three working days. On public holidays or during important conference meeting periods you would probably have to wait a little longer.
How can I know how many Sublet.cn points I have accumulated?
You can login and check your member information in your profile.
How do I exchange Sublet.cn points for free room/apartment nights?
If you want to exchange enough Sublet.cn points for a free room/apartment night, you have to contact Sublet.cn at least 10 working days before the check in date. Check online for the free room nights available and submit your requests to Sublet.cn : Fax your Sublet.cn user ID, check in date, apartment name, guest name, identification card no./passport no. and guest contact information.
With 15,000 to 20,000 Sublet.cn points, you may get one room/apartment free for one night in a China apartment. As the room reservations are limited, please confirm with Sublet.cn customer service department in advance if there is a free room night available in the city you are traveling to. Your application cannot be modified or cancelled if Sublet.cn has confirmed it.
What if I "No Show" after I reserve a daily rent apartment?
You may cancel your reservation anytime before check in date, but you need to notify us by email or phone.
If you "No Show" without notify Sublet.cn, the points of same amount for your reservation will be deduct from your account.
May I transfer or accumulate points between more than 2 users account?
No, but you could use Sublet.cn points of your user account to book apartments for family, friends, coworkers or others.
Could I exchange Sublet.cn points for others, like gifts, flight tickets, etc.?
